Tips for your shortness of breath
When you are short of breath, here are 10 steps to follow:
- Stop and rest in a chair.
- Put your head and shoulders DOWN.
- Breathe in through your mouth.
- Blow out through your mouth.
- Breathe in and out as fast as you need to.
- Begin to blow out longer, purse your lips if you find it helps.
- Begin to slow your breathing.
- Begin to use your nose.
- Begin deep breathing.
- Stay in position for five more minutes.
