Equine Physical Therapy

Equine physical therapy is becoming accepted as a means of helping to prevent injury, improve performance capabilities, and prolong the career of the horse athlete. A physical condition quite often can be the cause of behavioral problems, and therefore helping to heal the injury and decrease the pain associated with it, can help improve the horse's attitude.

Physical therapy can be of benefit for a variety of conditions such as joint and ligament injury, muscle injury, tendon injury, stiff and sore backs, and wounds.
